01/7 Overwhelmed with work? Try this ultimate SOLUTIONS list

Thanks to this work-from-home concept, our world has turned upside down. Some are of course loving it as they are taking frequent workations but those with families will agree that they need therapy. If work has become overwhelming, you feel like crying sometimes then this ultimate list of solutions may help you out.

02/7 Deep breathing

Extremely underrated a solution that works instantly! Whenever you feel overwhelmed at work, you must stop, take a minute and take a deep breath. Do so with closed eyes for a minute or two and your nerves will relax for sure.

03/7 Breaks, please

It is very important to take breaks in between. Instead of constantly working so that you get it over with ASAP, you must fit in 3-4 small breaks and a lunch or dinner break as per your work timings. Keep those breaks to 10 minutes, have water, roam around the house or simply enjoy the plants at home, anything but get up and move. It breaks the monotony, gives your eyes and minds a little rest and you feel less stressed.

04/7 Fresh air

After your work hours, go out and take a walk, breathe in the fresh air. You will feel the change. Fresh air is important for your body, mind and soul too! In a way, you give room to positivity as you move away from the negative space.

05/7 Workload distribution

Too much work cannot be handled if it is not organized and prioritized the right way. Make slots, divide your time for each to-do. It eases off a lot of stress if you are sorted that way.

06/7 One task at a time

If you have been trying to handle everything together then you must realize that you are not a God or Goddess with multitasking powers! Simply handle one task at a time and tick them off your list as and when they are done with. Why stress yourself unnecessarily?

07/7 Chat

To vent it all out, yes friends are important but you must seek help from a trusted colleague. Tell him or her that it is getting too much. He or she may even have a solution. If nothing else, sharing it with someone who is a good listener, helps a great deal.
